About Us

My name is Troy Koehn, and I’m the owner of EquipRents. I’ve been in the construction industry for many years and have spent a lot of that time working locally. Before starting EquipRents, I was involved with Koehn Konstruction, which was a very successful business and gave me a lot of real-world experience in the field.

Over the years, I noticed there was room in our area for an equipment rental company that  focuses on quality—clean, reliable machines that are easy to use, along with good, honest service. That’s what led me to start EquipRents in 2025.

Since then, things have really taken off. We’ve built up a solid lineup of equipment—from telehandlers and boom lifts to excavators, skid steers, and more—all ready to help you get your job done.

I also really enjoy helping people who are just getting started. I understand what it’s like to build something from the ground up, and I know how expensive equipment can be. Renting gives people the opportunity to get the job done without that huge upfront cost.
